The Credit Union QCM Health & Fitness Expo takes place on the Friday and Saturday prior to the race and is held in conjunction with race package pickup in the Schumiatcher Room, lower level of the Conexus Arts Centre, 200A Lakeshore Drive. Please use the entrance door at the southwest corner of the building.
This is your place to purchase official, limited-edition race merchandise, while supplies last!
The Health & Fitness Expo is open to the general public. All are welcome to attend.

EXPO BOOTH RENTAL
Vendors, you can market your health and fitness related product or service directly to thousands and thousands of Credit Union QCM participants by purchasing a vendor booth at our Health & Fitness Expo.
Held in the Schumiatcher Room downstairs at the Conexus Arts Centre, the Health & Fitness Expo takes place on the Friday and Saturday before the race, mirroring the same hours and location as our race package pickup.
All participants must come to the Schumiatcher Room during the Health & Fitness Expo to get their race packages, so this is an excellent opportunity to introduce your products and services while interacting directly with our participants. NOTE: Space is very limited.

Any advance product deliveries to the Conexus Art Centre must be done on Wednesday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Please mark any deliveries to go to the Schumiatcher Room for the Credit Union QCM Health & Fitness Expo.
Vendors can move into their booths in the Schumiatcher Room on Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Doors open to the public Friday at 11:00 AM.
RACE KIT SAMPLE OPPORTUNITY
Directly target thousands of active, health-minded participants with a personalized premium item, product sample, discount coupon, or informative brochure.
Each Credit Union QCM participant will receive a race kit at race package pickup during the Friday and Saturday before the race. RACE KIT PROMOTION FOR LOCAL CHARITY RUNS & WALKS
If you organize a local charity run or walk in Regina or the surrounding area, you can promote your event by having a brochure or flyer placed in each Credit Union QCM participant race kit. Please contact us with the details of your request by July 1st at runqcm@hotmail.com.
